From English Major to Accidental Techie: How to Manage Technology with No Formal Training

Now serving as Executive Director, Robert Moore began his tenure at Pittsburgh Cares as the Manager of Operations. Armed only with a handful of liberal arts majors and minors, he accidentally became the organization's de facto IT expert. Robert will share some strategies and resources that he hopes will help fellow accidental techies assess their current technology needs, implement new (and economical) technology solutions, and encourage more effective technology use among coworkers.
